Remote Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consistent resource throughout the continuum of program services, identifying barriers to therapy and assisting patients in navigating these barriers.
• Act as an educator, providing information and education about prescribed therapies, proper administration and dosing, insurance coverage, and financial assistance options.
• Empower patients to participate in their personal care process by triaging them to appropriate support services for non-program needs.
• Report adverse events and product complaints in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and good manufacturing practices.
• Utilize Valeris' values as a guiding principle for team success.
• Adhere to training deadlines and follow SOPs consistently.
• Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the current state of practice.
• 2-3 years of nursing experience with relevant disease state experience preferred.
• Nurseline triage, Call Center Utilization Management, or Call Center Case Management experience a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
