Remote Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager

About the role

Valeris is a life sciences commercialization partner dedicated to improving patient access and adherence to critical medications. This role serves as a Nurse Advocate, facilitating a successful patient experience from initial program enrollment to treatment completion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consistent resource throughout the continuum of program services, identifying and addressing barriers to therapy.
• Enable patients by providing information and education about their prescribed therapy, proper administration, and dosing, as well as insurance coverage and financial assistance resources.
• Empower patients to participate in their personal care process by referring them to appropriate support services.
• Report adverse events and product complaints according to SOP and good manufacturing practices.
• Utilize Valeris' values to drive team success.
• Ensure compliance with training deadlines and SOPs.
• Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in current state of practice.
• 2-3 years of nursing experience with relevant disease state experience preferred.
• Nurseline triage, Call Center Utilization Management, or Call Center Case Management experience a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Regularly required to talk or hear.
• Frequent sitting for long periods.
• Frequent use of hands for typing, handling, and feeling.
• Reach with hands and arms.
• Prefer candidates who can type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy.
• Minimal travel as needed.
