About the Opportunity

The Remote Project Manager/Coordinator will manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within scope and alignment with strategic goals. This role supports efficient coordination and process optimization in a dynamic e-commerce environment, contributing directly to the organization's operational success.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and complete diverse projects on schedule and within budget
• Cookordinate and streamline communication channels between cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders
• Define clear project scopes, strategic goals, and key deliverables aligned closely with business objectives
• Develop comprehensive project plans, risk registers, and operational communication documents
• Monitor critical milestones and deliverables, providing transparent status reports to management
• Manage project scope changes effectively, assess potential risks, and implement robust contingency plans
• Oversee day-to-day online auction processes, including inventory logistics and digital sales tracking
• Analyze and continuously improve internal auction workflows and liquidation procedures for maximum efficiency

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in a dedicated project management or project coordination role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Effective verbal and written communication skills tailored for seamless remote collaboration
• Technical proficiency with standard project management software and modern digital collaboration tools
• Proactive, self-motivated mindset with a strong capacity for creative problem-solving
• Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality operational results

Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working within e-commerce platforms, auction houses, or retail liquidation environments; Relevant industry certifications, such as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2, are considered highly advantageous

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Target compensation framework: $35.00 to $60.00 USD per hour. Hourly rates are determined dynamically based on the candidate's project management tenure, specialized industry experience, and technical assessment performance
