The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and align with our company's strategic goals.

• Plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Cookordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support key business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular and clear status reports to management.
• Manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise effective contingency plans.
• Oversee the coordination of online auction processes, from inventory management to final sale and customer collection.
• Contribute to the optimisation of internal processes to improve efficiency within our auction and liquidation workflows.

The offered compensation for this role is between $35 - $60 USD per hour, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in project management or project coordination.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a remote team environment.
• Proficiency in using project management software and other digital collaboration tools.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with outstanding problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Experience within an e-commerce, auction, or retail environment is highly desirable.
• A relevant project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) would be a distinct advantage.
