Remote Plaintiff-Side Class Action Litigation Associate (NY, CA, or DE bar)

Remote full-time permanent position for an associate attorney with 3–5 years of civil litigation experience. Must be admitted to the bar in New York, California, or Delaware.

About the role

We are seeking one plaintiff-side class-action litigation associate to join our remote team immediately. The role focuses on legal research and writing, with opportunities to work on class actions and shareholder derivative actions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Assist with all phases of plaintiff-side class-action and shareholder derivative litigation

Requirements

• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience
• Active bar license in New York, California, or Delaware
• Strong legal research and writing skills

Qualifications

• Experience with plaintiff-side litigation, class actions, or shareholder derivative actions (preferred)

Pay

$115,000 – $175,000 per year
