Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings related to business litigation matters.
• Draft, argue, and respond to motions in civil litigation cases.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage multiple cases and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in litigation.
• Must be admitted to practice law in CA.
• Must reside in CA.
