Responsibilities

• Make heavy outbound calls to Medicare Advantage members to address medication adherence gaps

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Active CPhT (PTCB) or ExCPT (NHA) certification; RMA or CMA accepted
• Medical Assistant certifications (NCCT, AAH, NAHP) are not accepted
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace
• Ability to learn new technology quickly
• 2–5 years of experience with pharmacy operations and heavy outbound call volume
• Bilingual proficiency in English plus Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, or Vietnamese is a major plus

Pay

$19.00 – $22.00 per hour
