Remote Pharmacy Technician
Supports Medicare Advantage plans by closing gaps in care, primarily across three medication adherence measures for diabetic members.
About the role
This is a call center environment where people will be making up to 100+ calls a day. The position is a fully remote contract role based out of Atlanta, GA, with an anticipated close date of Aug 27, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Make up to 100+ outbound calls daily to Medicare Advantage members to close gaps in care related to medication adherence for diabetic patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPhT (PTCB) or ExCPT (NHA) certification (RMA or CMA also accepted; Medical Assistant certs such as NCCT, AAH, or NAHP are NOT accepted)
- 2-5 years of experience with pharmacy and heavy outbound calls
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google applications; ability to learn new technology
Qualifications
- CPhT certification and call center experience are critical.
- Bilingual proficiency is a major plus: Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, and Vietnamese (must be proficient in English AND a second language).
Pay
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour. Individual compensation within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
