Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA (Medical Assistant Certs NOT ACCEPTED: NCCT, AAH, NAHP)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google — ability to learn new technology
• 2-5 years experience with pharmacy and heavy outbound calls
• Bilingual a MAJOR plus: Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, and Vietnamese (must be proficient in English AND second language)

Pay

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
