About the role
SP Data Digital is hiring Remote Outbound Warranty Sales Executives to educate existing appliance warranty customers on the value of extended protection plans, overcome objections, and confidently close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Pay
$15.00 USD/hour base pay plus uncapped commission. Top performers earn $3,000+ per month in bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing appliance warranty customers
- Recommend extended warranty and protection plans for their other appliances
- Build rapport and identify customer needs
- Handle objections and confidently close sales
- Meet and exceed sales and quality goals
- Maintain accurate customer documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (retail, phone, or inside sales)
- Minimum of 6 months of outbound or door-to-door sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence asking for the sale and overcoming objections
- Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
- Reliable attendance and commitment to your schedule
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Technical Requirements
- Bring Your Own Device (BYOD): Windows 11 (Mac and Chromebook devices not supported)
- Intel Core i3 processor or higher
- Minimum 8 GB RAM
- Internet speed of at least 30 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload
- Wired Ethernet connection
