• Handle a caseload focused on probate and guardianship matters
  Support or handle additional matters in family law, civil litigation, or criminal defense depending on your experience
  Attend court in Cook, DuPage, and surrounding counties (approx. 2–3 times per week)
  Manage cases with administrative and legal support
  Build toward increased independence and responsibility

$100,000 – $150,000 base salary, based on experience and production
Cash compensation tied to your chosen billable target
10% origination bonus
