About the role

A Marketing Coordinator who is creative, organized, and detail-oriented to assist with marketing campaigns, content creation, social media engagement, email marketing, and daily marketing operations. The ideal candidate will work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining a consistent brand voice across all initiatives targeted at specific audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support marketing campaigns from planning through completion.
  • Assist with developing and scheduling social media content.
  • Create, edit, and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and maintain contact lists.
  • Coordinate content calendars, campaign schedules, and marketing deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using key marketing metrics.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research.
  • Update website content and marketing platforms as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and external partners.
  • Track project deadlines, budgets, and marketing activities.
  • Assist with virtual events, webinars, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain organized marketing files, databases, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
