Remote Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Aid attorneys in all stages of litigation
• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Manage document productions and organize case files
• Review and summarize medical records, deposition transcripts, and discovery responses
• Cook up filings in state and federal courts
• Maintain litigation calendars and monitor deadlines
• Support trial preparation, exhibit creation, and witness materials

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of defense litigation paralegal experience
• Strong understanding of state and federal court procedures
• Experience managing discovery and document-intensive cases
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Paralegal certificate preferred
