About the role

We are expanding and looking for motivated life insurance agents (licensed or willing to get licensed) to help families secure mortgage protection and financial coverage.

• 100% remote
• Flexible schedule (full-time or serious part-time)

Pay

• Uncapped commission with performance-based bonuses (high earning potential)
• Average part-time earnings: $2,000–$5,000/month
• Full-time producers: $5,000–$10,000+/month
• Paid directly by carriers (no delays)

Requirements

• Must be 18+
• High school diploma or GED
• US citizen
• Motivated individuals ready to earn based on performance—not hourly or base pay
• Comfortable working evenings/weekends (when clients are available)
• Confident communicating over the phone and Zoom
• Self-disciplined and able to work without micromanagement
• Open to coaching and following a proven system
• Willing to get licensed (if not already) and invest in long-term growth
• Serious about earning $50K–$100K+ within 12 months
