Join our dynamic team of insurance sales agents in a remote setting from Jersey City, NJ. We are seeking motivated individuals who can effectively communicate and sell insurance products to potential clients.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Present insurance policies and explain coverage options to potential customers.
• Manage client files and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service.

Skills
