About the role
Join our dynamic team of insurance sales agents in a remote setting from Jersey City, NJ. We are seeking motivated individuals who can effectively communicate and sell insurance products to potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Present insurance policies and explain coverage options to potential customers.
- Manage client files and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service.
