Role Overview This position involves providing behavioral health services as a licensed clinician, with the flexibility of remote work within California. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy—you decide your client load and schedule, offering both telehealth and in-person sessions. Key Responsibilities Deliver compassionate and effective therapy to individuals, couples, and families following established standards of care.Engage clients using measurement-informed approaches to track outcomes and demonstrate progress.Maintain high-quality care by actively involving clients in clinical measures during sessions.Participate in case consultations, office hours, and connect with a nationwide community of providers for ongoing professional development. Qualifications & Skills Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC in California.Ability to provide both telehealth and in-person therapy.Strong commitment to delivering consistent, client-centered care.
