Remote Licensed Therapist (LMFT)

About the Role

This position involves providing clinical services as a licensed therapist, with a focus on helping individuals, couples, and families achieve better mental health outcomes. The role offers professional autonomy to set your own schedule and choose between telehealth and in-person sessions, with support for arranging office space if needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, quality care aligned with established standards and clinical measures
• Engage clients actively in tracking progress and completing outcome measures
• Participate in case consultations, office hours, and clinical learning opportunities

Requirements

• Licensed as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC in California
• Ability to provide telehealth and/or in-person sessions
