Remote Licensed Therapist (LMFT)

About the Role

This position involves providing mental health therapy as part of a nationwide network of licensed clinicians. The role offers professional autonomy with flexible scheduling for telehealth and in-person sessions, allowing providers to choose their client load and session times.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families with support from administrative services handling credentialing, billing, and technology.
• Uphold shared standards of care, including engaging clients around clinical measures during sessions.
• Review client progress and utilize provided tools and guidance to track outcomes and demonstrate impact.
• Participate in case consultations, office hours, and clinical learning opportunities within a supportive community.

Requirements

• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC in California.
• Ability to conduct telehealth or in-person sessions.
• Strong commitment to delivering effective, compassionate care and engaging clients in measurable progress.
