About the role

This position involves providing mental health services as part of a nationwide network of licensed clinicians. The role offers professional autonomy to set your own schedule and choose between telehealth and in-person sessions, with the flexibility to arrange your own office space for in-person care.

Responsibilities

• Providing effective mental health treatment to individuals, couples, and families
• Upholding clinical standards and engaging clients around clinical measures during sessions
• Participating in case consultations, office hours, and clinical learning opportunities
• Maintaining client progress and demonstrating treatment impact

Requirements

• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC in California
• Ability to offer telehealth or in-person therapy
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to quality care
