Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, effective therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Uphold clinical standards by actively engaging clients in clinical measures and reviewing progress.
• Participate in case consultations, office hours, and clinical training.
• Manage your schedule independently, choosing your client volume and session format.
• Utilize provided tools for documentation, billing, and claims processing, focusing on clinical work.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC in California.
• Ability to conduct telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Strong commitment to delivering quality mental health care.
• Excellent communication and clinical skills.
