Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Role Overview This position involves providing behavioral health therapy to clients within a flexible and autonomous environment. The provider will focus on helping individuals, couples, and families, delivering compassionate and effective care while benefiting from administrative support that handles credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and technical needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct telehealth or in-person therapy sessions based on personal scheduling preferences.Adhere to shared standards of quality care by actively engaging clients with clinical measures, tracking outcomes, and reviewing progress.Utilize provided tools and training to ensure seamless delivery of care and demonstrate client progress.Participate in case consultations, office hours, and connect with a nationwide community of providers for ongoing learning and support. Qualifications & Skills Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC in California.Ability to provide both telehealth and in-person sessions.Strong clinical skills with a commitment to quality care and client progress.
