Role Overview

This position involves providing behavioral health services as a licensed clinician, focusing on helping individuals, couples, and families achieve better mental health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Delivering quality care through telehealth and in-person sessions, maintaining clinical standards and engaging clients with clinical measures.
• Managing a flexible schedule with autonomy over client caseload and session timing.
• Participating in case consultations, professional development, and clinical learning opportunities.
• Utilizing provided tools and support for credentialing, billing, claims, and electronic health records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC in California.
• Ability to conduct telehealth or in-person sessions.
• Strong commitment to delivering consistent, effective, and measurable care.
• Excellent communication and clinical skills, with a focus on client progress and outcome tracking.
