Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Role Overview

This position involves providing mental health therapy to clients, with a focus on helping individuals, couples, and families improve their well-being. The role offers professional autonomy to set your own schedule and choose between telehealth and in-person sessions. You will be supported by a team that handles credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and technical support, allowing you to concentrate on clinical work.

Responsibilities

• Upholding shared standards of care through consistent engagement with clients using clinical measures
• Tracking and reviewing client progress to ensure effective support
• Participating in case consultations, office hours, and clinical learning opportunities

Qualifications

• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCL
• Licensed in California
• Capable of providing telehealth or in-person sessions
