Remote Lead Sales Representative (Contract)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Lead and motivate sales team to meet targets
• Establish relationships with key clients and negotiate agreements
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Prepare sales forecasts and identify new market opportunities
• Cook up with Marketing and Product Development teams
• Research potential customers and ensure client needs are met

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a sales manager managing high-performance teams
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Strong negotiation, communication, and team management skills
• An analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• A customer-focused attitude
• Availability for travel as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

Additional Details

The role offers flexible work arrangements, including work-from-home options, and a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 annually. In-person contact within the Greater Cincinnati area is required. The position is a 1099 contract. The focus is on expanding sales efforts and maintaining client relationships to support business growth.
