Remote Labor and Employment Counsel

An established national legal practice is seeking a Labor & Employment Counsel to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys serving as a trusted advisor to employers, managing administrative employment matters, and delivering practical, business-oriented guidance to clients across a range of industries. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while handling sophisticated labor and employment matters in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Remote Labor and Employment Responsibilities:Defend and manage employment-related administrative matters before federal, state, and local agenciesDraft position statements, responses, and supporting submissions for EEOC, DOL, and similar agency investigationsConduct legal research and prepare memoranda, client alerts, and other written work productReview and revise employee handbooks, policies, agreements, and workplace proceduresDevelop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and practical legal adviceCollaborate with attorneys and legal professionals on complex employment matters and strategic initiatives Remote Labor and Employment Qualifications:J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction6+ years of labor and employment experienceSignificant experience handling EEOC charges and other administrative agency mattersStrong legal writing, research, and analytical skillsAbility to manage client relationships independentlyExperience advising employers on day-to-day employment issues preferred Remote Labor and Employment Benefits:Fully remote work environmentSophisticated national client baseStrong emphasis on mentorship and collaborationMeaningful client contact and relationship-building opportunitiesCompetitive compensation and benefits package
