Remote Home Infusion Scheduler
About the role
Make the call. Own the schedule. Drive patient care. CureCare is hiring a Home Infusion Scheduler who thrives on control, precision, and fast decision‑making. This is not a passive, task‑based role. This is an operations‑critical position where your ability to take charge, solve problems, and drive outcomes directly impacts patient care. If you love managing moving pieces, making real‑time decisions, and keeping teams aligned under pressure, you will excel here.
Why This Role Matters
You are the command center of CureCare’s home infusion operations. Every patient visit, every nurse route, every therapy window flows through you. When you perform well, patients get treated on time, nurses stay productive, and operations run smoothly. This role is for someone who wants to own the outcome.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Scheduling & Operations Control – Build and manage daily, multi‑day, and recurring infusion schedules (IVIG, biologics, specialty therapies). Ensure every visit happens on time, with the right nurse, and the right medication. Make fast, smart schedule changes when patients cancel, nurses call out, or medications shift. Control the workflow — no gaps, no chaos, no missed treatments.
- Communication & Coordination – Be the central point of contact between patients, nurses, pharmacies, and internal teams. Deliver clear, confident updates when schedules change. Drive alignment across departments so care moves forward without friction.
- Coverage & Staffing Execution – Secure nurse coverage when schedules shift — no delays, no dropped visits. Balance workloads to keep nurses productive and engaged. Take charge during last‑minute changes and keep patient care on track.
- Accuracy & Compliance – Document all scheduling activity with precision. Ensure visit timing aligns with physician orders and pharmacy delivery. Protect patient information and comply with HIPAA and company policies.
