About the role
The Clinic Scheduler serves as the contact person for individuals seeking access for medical care at MUSC Health. Greets customers and schedules appointments in an automated scheduling system. Performs activities which ensure the effective operations of the clinic, while enhancing the revenue cycle.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for patients seeking medical care at MUSC Health
- Schedule appointments using an automated scheduling system
- Ensure effective clinic operations and support revenue cycle activities
Requirements
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- 2 years of relevant work experience
Pay
- Pay Rate Type: Hourly
- Pay Grade: Health-21
