Job Summary

Pinnacle Method Consulting is seeking a Scrum Master for a client based in Bentonville, Arkansas. The position is remote until further notice due to the ongoing pandemic.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements and communicate to technical and testing teams.
• Work with the client team to clarify the backlog and prioritize tasks.
• Implement solutions focusing on reuse and industry standards at a program level.
• Have good experience with Agile Methodologies and Scrum, as well as Waterfall model Development environment.
• Be well-versed with SDLC methodology and transform requirements into stipulations.
• Create supporting process diagrams, use cases, gap analysis, and functional design documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional multidimensional teams across all ERP implementation levels.
• Act as a liaison between the IT development team and the business team, sending out daily or weekly status updates as needed.

Requirements

• Experience implementing solutions focusing on reuse and industry standards at a program level.
• Good experience with Agile Methodologies and Scrum.
• Experience with JIRA.
• Experience recommending changes to improve established Java application processes.
• Experience developing supporting process diagrams, use cases, gap analysis, and functional design documents.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional multidimensional teams across all ERP implementation levels.
• Experience sending out daily or weekly status updates to leadership and the team.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development or project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
