Position: Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Pay: $16.00/hour
Weekly Pay + Benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-9:00 PM EST
Start Date: TBD
Equipment: Company-provided equipment shipped directly to your home
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support to patients.
- Verify and update patient information accurately.
- Handle inbound calls and place outbound calls as needed regarding prescription benefit inquiries.
- Review and document patient billing and medical information.
- Ensure compliance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Required: Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience (no exceptions).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
- Ability to meet all required performance metrics and KPIs.
- Potential: Familiarity with medical terminology, Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards.
Remote Work Requirements

- Ability to work scheduled shifts without interruptions.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for common technical issues.
- Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection.
