Position Details

Position: Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Pay: $16.00/hour
Weekly Pay + Benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-9:00 PM EST
Start Date: TBD
Equipment: Company-provided equipment shipped directly to your home

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support to patients.
  • Verify and update patient information accurately.
  • Handle inbound calls and place outbound calls as needed regarding prescription benefit inquiries.
  • Review and document patient billing and medical information.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Required: Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience (no exceptions).
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
  • Ability to meet all required performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Potential: Familiarity with medical terminology, Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards.

Remote Work Requirements

  • Dedicated, private, and distraction-free workspace.
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts without interruptions.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for common technical issues.
  • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection.
  • Mobile hot spots are not permitted.
