About the Opportunity:The REMOTE HEALTHCARE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE position is designed to handle inbound calls regarding healthcare benefits and Medicare programs. This role is essential for delivering clear, accurate information to members, resolving inquiries, and ensuring their experience is smooth and well-informed. The position contributes directly to member satisfaction by providing empathetic support and thorough solutions within the healthcare benefits framework. Responsibilities:Manage a steady volume of incoming calls about benefits, enrollment, eligibility, invoicing, claims, and related topicsExplain Medicare Part D, Part C Medicare Advantage, and Dual Special Need Program (DSNP) detailsListen actively to understand and address customer needs, including follow-up callsAim for one-call resolution by anticipating and answering unasked questionsNavigate plan benefits and client policies while complying with regulatory guidelinesUse multiple client systems to provide accurate informationDemonstrate effective multitasking and problem-solving skillsMaintain politeness and a strong customer service focus Requirements:Complete customer service assessment and typing test on a computerMinimum of 6 months customer service experienceHigh school diploma, GED, or college degreeFull attendance in mandatory paid training programSuccessful background checkMaintain a distraction-free workspace monitored continuously Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay rate is $16.00 per hourPaid time off accrues after 180 days of employmentMedical, dental, and vision benefits available from the first day of employment Benefits & Perks:Medical insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
