About the role

The Business Analyst will work on diverse projects, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams such as Project Management, Development, QA, Sales, and Leadership in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather detailed business requirements
• Develop clear documentation (business requirements, user stories, wireframes, specifications)
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Manage client expectations
• Cook up across teams
• Support product management
• Create user guides and training materials

Requirements

• Strong leadership, decision-making, analytical skills
• Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and user experience principles

Qualifications

• A relevant bachelor’s degree
• 7-10 years of software project experience
• Agile familiarity
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Industry experience preferred
