Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to support strategic decision-making.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions and process enhancements.
- Affiliate in planning, testing, and deploying new systems, applications, and business initiatives.
- Create process documentation, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain detailed documentation for business processes, requirements, and project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress and ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Conduct data validation and ensure the accuracy and integrity of business information.
- Support change management initiatives and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify business risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, project coordination, or a related role.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience gathering business requirements and documenting processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate results.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with business intelligence, reporting, or analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or workflow management systems.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel reporting is a plus.
- Experience supporting digital transformation or process improvement initiatives.
