About the role

As a Remote Guest Experience & Reservations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests through various channels including phone, email, and live chat. You will manage reservations, handle guest inquiries, and ensure all interactions are positive and efficient.

Responsibilities

  • Handle guest inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure accurate and timely booking of rooms and services
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to maintain smooth operations
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, customer service, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Experience with hotel reservation systems is preferred
