This position provides reservations and guest support services remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Responsibilities
- Handle incoming reservations and inquiries from guests
- Process cancellations and changes to reservations
- Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding their reservations
- Respond to guest concerns and complaints professionally
- Update guest records and maintain accurate reservation information
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality or customer service role
- Experience with hotel reservation systems
- Knowledge of local area attractions and events
