About the role

This position provides reservations and guest support services remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming reservations and inquiries from guests
  • Process cancellations and changes to reservations
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding their reservations
  • Respond to guest concerns and complaints professionally
  • Update guest records and maintain accurate reservation information

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong organizational skills

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality or customer service role
  • Experience with hotel reservation systems
  • Knowledge of local area attractions and events

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
