Job Overview

SkyWater Technology (NASDAQ: SKYT) is a U.S.-based semiconductor manufacturer and a DMEA-accredited Category 1A Trusted Supplier, pioneering a Technology as a Service model to co-create the next wave of innovation. We serve growing markets from aerospace and defence to quantum computing. We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Remote File Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, classify, and maintain digital files and company records in our document management systems.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry, updating databases and spreadsheets as required.
  • Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all electronic and physical documentation.
  • Retrieve files and documents promptly for team members upon request.
  • Affiliate in the development and implementation of efficient filing and data management procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits of digital files to ensure compliance with company policies and record-keeping standards.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks related to document handling and organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a file clerk, records management, or administrative support role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • High proficiency in using digital document management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of data confidentiality principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Previous experience within a technology, manufacturing, or engineering company is advantageous but not essential.
