About the role

This is a remote position. We’re looking for a detail-driven Remote Event Operations Specialist to support the coordination of high-impact, client-facing events.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate professionally with clients via email, chat, and phone
  • Support coordination tasks such as confirming schedules, appointments, and timelines
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and updates
  • Work closely with internal teams to address time-sensitive requests
  • Help ensure a seamless process and positive overall experience

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reliable access to a computer or smartphone with stable internet
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, hospitality, call centers, or event-related roles is helpful but not required
