Remote Epic Cadence/PB Credentialed Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver Epic Cadence Template Management and Resolute PB training to end users.
• Develop and maintain training curriculum, job aids, and documentation.
• Cookordinate and facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions.
• Support training environment validation and testing activities. Provide go-live support and end-user education as needed.

Qualifications

• Epic Credentialed Trainer (CT) or Principal Trainer experience.
• Experience teaching Epic Cadence Template Management.
• Experience teaching Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB).
• Prior experience providing remote training.
• Strong presentation, communication, and curriculum development skills.
• Experience supporting Epic implementations or optimization initiatives preferred.
• Recent & stable work history.
• Confirmable references.
