About the role

We're looking for an experienced Remote Service Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about providing exceptional support to both customers and technicians. This position plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by coordinating service calls, supporting field technicians, and ensuring schedules are optimized throughout the day.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time
• 100% Remote

Candidates must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office free from distractions. Must be located in FL or AL.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch service technicians efficiently throughout the day.
• Monitor technician schedules and maximize route efficiency.
• Coordinate same-day service opportunities and emergency calls.
• Communicate schedule updates with technicians and customers.
• Work closely with Customer Service Representatives and Operations leadership.
• Utilize ServiceTitan to manage appointments, technician statuses, and job information.
• Maintain accurate customer and job records.
• Assist with schedule adjustments due to cancellations, delays, or emergency service requests.
• Provide outstanding customer service through clear, professional communication.
• Help ensure daily productivity and operational goals are achieved.

Requirements

• Previous dispatch experience required, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another home service industry.
• Experience using ServiceTitan is strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based software.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office environment.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mentality.
