We invite full-time Dispatchers to join our customer-obsessed team in Union, NJ. As we scale our operations to over 150+ technicians in the next few years, we envision this role will grow into a pivotal mission-control center for the team.

Who You Are
- You have operated in a dispatcher role for at least 1-2 years.
- You are detail-oriented and well organized.
- You make people feel comfortable and can build relationships easily.
- You are comfortable prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Idealistically, you have used tools like ServiceTitan before.
What Will You Do?
This role will be focused on dispatching our technicians to customers and ensuring they have accurate records before and after job completion.
