(Remote) Director of Product

About the role

Lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. Work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within the Aerospace & Defense sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery and validate product problems
• Set standards for product decision-making
• Design and implement product governance processes
• Establish repeatable decision-making models
• Coach and develop a team of five product professionals
• Foster cross-functional partnership and improve communication
• Communicate roadmap decisions clearly to reduce friction

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management
• 5+ years leading Product teams
• Proven success in shipping valuable products
• Experience building or maturing a Product operating model
• Strong instincts for product assessment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Pay

$110,000 – $150,000 annually
