(REMOTE) Director - Compliance

About the role

This remote Director of Compliance role provides business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations, strengthening responsible execution, improving decision-making, and supporting sustainable growth within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide Service Area functional responsibilities
• Develop strategies and achieve performance goals in collaboration with regional leaders
• Oversee the centralization of vendor and contract labor management
• Measure and report KPI metrics for operational delivery
• Develop and implement compliance work plans and risk assessments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, or related field; law degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant healthcare compliance experience, progressing in responsibility
• Licensure or certification in compliance, law, audit, or healthcare required
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Pay

$125,000 – $150,000 annually
