Director, Compliance- Remote- US

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Compliance to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote leadership role will oversee the development and execution of a robust compliance program supporting pharmaceutical-focused client work. The Director will partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen regulatory adherence, guide investigations, and ensure compliance practices remain current in a highly regulated environment. This position also plays a key role in monitoring, reporting, and team leadership to help drive consistency, responsiveness, and risk mitigation across the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and training aligned with regulatory changes. Develop ongoing monitoring strategies to prevent and detect compliance issues. Conduct targeted compliance monitoring activities such as expense reviews and interaction assessments. Investigate allegations of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions. Serve as the compliance contact for pharmaceutical clients and support audits and due diligence requests. Prepare compliance reports and metrics for leadership and compliance committees. Supervise the compliance team, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. 5+ years of healthcare compliance experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical services industry. 3+ years conducting compliance investigations and resolving issues. Knowledge of the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Sunshine Act/Open Payments, FDA regulations, HIPAA, and PhRMA Code.
