As a Digital Media & Marketing Specialist, you will help bring the brand to life across digital platforms, showcasing the firm’s people, mission, and the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Bring our brand to life by creating engaging social media content that builds our online presence and connects with our audience.
• Own our social presence by managing messages, comments, and interactions across our digital platforms.
• Tell our story through video and photography by capturing professional and authentic content for social media, websites, and internal communications.
• Create original content people want to watch by developing videos and digital media that showcase our firm, team, mission, and community involvement.
• Champion our online reputation by monitoring reviews and responding professionally across platforms like Google, Facebook, Avvo, and Yelp.
• Turn analytics into action by tracking social media performance and using data to increase engagement, reach, and lead generation.
• Own our internal storytelling by creating and maintaining the firm’s monthly newsletter.
• Build meaningful community connections by networking with organizations and developing relationships that create partnership opportunities.
• Help grow Operation Transportation by maintaining and expanding the program and its community relationships.
• Be part of the action by participating in community outreach, events, and initiatives that strengthen our culture and community presence.
• Any & all other duties needed to serve our clients & mission.

Requirements

• Remote work with occasional in‑office time for event preparation and attendance.
• Must live within commuting distance of Parkersburg, West Virginia.
• Must reside in one of the following states: GA, KY, NC, OH, TN, TX, or WV.
• Monday‑through‑Friday schedule, 8 am – 4:30 pm EST.
