Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
• Respond to emails and phone calls
• Resolve client issues and ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Assist with travel bookings and reservations
• Work closely with the finance team to process payments, provide budgeting assistance, and manage invoices
