About the role
We are seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Specialist for a full-time role focused on managing personal insurance accounts, including auto, homeowners, and other policies.
Responsibilities
- Servicing client policies, updating information, processing claims, and collecting premiums
- Navigating carrier portals and adhering to underwriting guidelines
- Documenting client interactions accurately on our CRM platform
- Maintaining strong client and underwriter relationships
- Re-underwriting accounts and cross-selling policies
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of personal insurance coverages
- Prior agency experience is preferred
