About the role

We are seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Specialist for a full-time role focused on managing personal insurance accounts, including auto, homeowners, and other policies.

Responsibilities

  • Servicing client policies, updating information, processing claims, and collecting premiums
  • Navigating carrier portals and adhering to underwriting guidelines
  • Documenting client interactions accurately on our CRM platform
  • Maintaining strong client and underwriter relationships
  • Re-underwriting accounts and cross-selling policies

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of personal insurance coverages
  • Prior agency experience is preferred
