Insurance Personal Lines Customer Service Agent

Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Billing/payments (monthly installments, questions & mortgage down payments)
• Claims
• Renewal Tracking
• Cancellation tracking and process (pending and cancelled)
• Underwriting issues on policies
• Remarkets Quote account rounds for existing PL business

Secondary Duties And Responsibilities

• Primary in answering incoming calls
• Distribute mail when needed

Work Schedule

This position follows a 4-1 workweek and is an in-office role based in our Plano, Texas office. Employees are expected to be on-site four days per week and may work remotely one day per week.
