Responsibilities
- Addressing customer questions and providing prompt and accurate solutions through phone calls, emails, and policy-related matters.
- Educating and advising clients on the policies best suited to their personal needs.
- Updating client information and assisting with policy changes.
Requirements
- An Active PA Property & Casualty License is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- A team player who is self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to think critically.
