Responsibilities
- Addressing customer questions and providing prompt and accurate solutions
- Handling a variety of customer service tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting with policy-related matters
- Educating and advising clients on the policies best suited to their personal needs
- Updating client information and assisting with policy changes
Requirements
- A friendly personality and strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced environment
- An Active PA Property & Casualty License is preferred
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- A team player who is self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to think critically
