  • Addressing customer questions and providing prompt and accurate solutions
  • Handling a variety of customer service tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting with policy-related matters
  • Educating and advising clients on the policies best suited to their personal needs
  • Updating client information and assisting with policy changes

Requirements

  • A friendly personality and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced environment
  • An Active PA Property & Casualty License is preferred
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • A team player who is self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to think critically
