Insurance Agent - Personal Lines

Key Responsibilities

• Developing relationships with pre-qualified prospective customers
• Proactively engaging and networking with mortgage brokers, real estate agents and financial planners to cultivate strong strategic relationships and establish a steady stream of referral prospects
• Gaining client trust and navigating the pros and cons of various carriers
• Showcasing follow-up skills to convert prospects into loyal customers

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of P&C insurance experience
• A Property and Casualty Agent Insurance License
• Proficiency in MS Office and various CRM systems
• Pay strong attention to detail and possess excellent organizational skills
• Ability to break down complex concepts into easy-to-understand language
• Drive to succeed independently but also be a team player

Qualifications

• Dynamic sales professional with a passion for customer service
• Experience fostering strong strategic relationships with key industry partners
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Pay
