What You Will Do

  • Supports the service needs of clients and agency management through assigned tasks.
  • Engages in marketing activity, client service, support, and reporting/analytical functions.
  • Maintains production and quality standards.
  • Cross-sells and supports new business sales efforts.
  • Completes requested account and policy updates and changes.
  • Answers sales calls and quotes and issues policies changes according to business need.
  • Reviews and processes renewals, recommending coverage enhancements as applicable.
  • Informs clients of policy changes, exclusions of coverage, and insurance coverage needs.
  • Handles daily/monthly reporting requirements related to agency management system and agency operational requirements.
  • Analyzes reports and reconciles discrepancies.
  • Affords assistance in auditing work product to ensure policies and procedures are compliant.
  • Performs other job-related duties to help drive the organization's vision, purpose, and values.

What We Require

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of personal lines insurance experience, or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience using Vertafore AMS 360 agency management system.
  • Full knowledge of personal lines insurance products and usages.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and perform within time constraints.
  • Able to work in a flexible and high-volume environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Able to perform a large number of steps in complex systems with accuracy and speed.
  • Able to assist new business sales and retain existing business.
  • Able to communicate verbally and in writing to explain complex issues and interpret complex information, and respond appropriately.
