What You Will Do
- Supports the service needs of clients and agency management through assigned tasks.
- Engages in marketing activity, client service, support, and reporting/analytical functions.
- Maintains production and quality standards.
- Cross-sells and supports new business sales efforts.
- Completes requested account and policy updates and changes.
- Answers sales calls and quotes and issues policies changes according to business need.
- Reviews and processes renewals, recommending coverage enhancements as applicable.
- Informs clients of policy changes, exclusions of coverage, and insurance coverage needs.
- Handles daily/monthly reporting requirements related to agency management system and agency operational requirements.
- Analyzes reports and reconciles discrepancies.
- Affords assistance in auditing work product to ensure policies and procedures are compliant.
- Performs other job-related duties to help drive the organization's vision, purpose, and values.
What We Require
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Minimum of four (4) years of personal lines insurance experience, or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience using Vertafore AMS 360 agency management system.
- Full knowledge of personal lines insurance products and usages.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and perform within time constraints.
- Able to work in a flexible and high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Able to perform a large number of steps in complex systems with accuracy and speed.
- Able to assist new business sales and retain existing business.
- Able to communicate verbally and in writing to explain complex issues and interpret complex information, and respond appropriately.
